Tell us about Evolve AI Platform
is an AI-powered Learning Management System that transforms any uploaded materials into courses and training programs in as little as 24 hours, saving up to 90% of time and effort.
Evolve AI Platform supports both onboarding and internal training, helping SMBs and enterprises overcome challenges in launching online courses, assessing training outcomes, and maintaining an efficient and cost-effective approach to employee development. According to feedback from Evolve’s clients, effective onboarding can reduce employee turnover by 15%.
Evolve generates adaptive tasks, facts, jokes, and other engaging educational elements based on user-uploaded documents. The platform evaluates answers to tasks, generates detailed reports, and provides personalized feedback on each learner that can be invaluable for management. Additionally, Evolve allows users to export courses.
Last but not least, nearly all of Evolve’s features are available via API (Application Programming Interface), enabling seamless integration with other LMSs and HR services. Evolve customers can choose from three options: course generation only, an LMS subscription, or API integration.
Can you share the journey of how your startup evolved into its current form?
Our current solution is our third pivot—here’s how we got here.
Even while being a partner at a development company, I wanted to build a tech startup. My first idea was a B2C platform for personal growth—something I needed myself. I ignored the red flags: no market demand, no funding, and no customer research. A year later, it failed.
Next, we pivoted to soft-skills training but repeated similar mistakes—no customer validation, no marketing budget. Another failure. Then, we tried a B2B model, but it still didn’t work.
By 2023, I made a bold decision—I quit my job and faced the reality that our product wasn’t working. Realizing B2B in EdTech/HRTech was my true focus and passion, I turned to LinkedIn and reached out to 10 founders of top competitors, asking for feedback.
To my surprise, 9 responded. They didn’t just point out mistakes—they helped me identify gaps, refine our approach, and ultimately pivot.
Their insights shaped Evolve into what it is today.

What is your advice to aspiring entrepreneurs?
Never give up. Resilience, discipline, and consistency are key to success.Â
Believe in your team and your product. Build trust and show respect.
Don’t live in a bubble. Just because you love your product doesn’t mean everyone will buy it.
Talk to your potential customers—and really listen. Their insights are invaluable.
Ask for help when you need it. Many people are willing to support you, but be clear about what you need and respect their time.
What most excites you about Evolve?
What excites me most about Evolve is the WOW effect we see on the first call with prospects. It’s what drives us to keep refining, searching for product-market fit, and making decisions—even without guarantees of success.
I’m also deeply inspired by our team. While my wife might joke about being jealous, I genuinely love the people I work with. I constantly express my gratitude, share both our wins and failures, and appreciate the incredible journey we’re on together.
What can we hope to see from Evolve in the future?
Using our unfair advantage in architecture and keeping it as a unique basement for the next development pipelines we plan to focus on AI features that differ Evolve from competitors and provide more efficiency to our clients. In spring we plan to launch courses conversion into 20 languages. Also, we plan to shift the platform to adaptive learning and our courses will adapt to each learner predicting the necessary way of providing learning at the end of this year.
